One-night stay in the wellness for 2 people (check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM):
€200 on weekends (Friday - Sunday) & public holidays

We offer 20€ discount for purchasing 2 nights
Pets are not allowed.
3-hour bookings can only be used from Monday to Thursday and on Sundays.
4-hour and longer bookings can be used at any time. This applies also to gift vouchers.
Reservation Terms:
A 100% prepayment is required for all reservations.
Due to high demand, the payment deadline is 1 day after the invoice is issued.
If payment is not received by the deadline, the reservation will be considered canceled and the date will be released for other potential customers.
The reservation is confirmed when both conditions are met:
Payment has been made, or if you have a gift voucher, you have sent us a photo/file of it.
You have received our reservation confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy:
By purchasing any service, you agree to our general terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice.
All reservations are non-refundable.
15 days or more before arrival: free date change / free cancellation. The payment will not be refunded, but you will receive a credit in the form of a gift voucher that can be used by you within one year or gifted to someone else. You can change the date free of charge up to 2 times.
Less than 15 days before arrival: the full amount of the reservation will be charged. No changes or transfers are possible. The guest will be charged 100% of the total booking price.
In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the full value of the reservation will be charged. The 15-day cancellation period applies for all reasons, including cases of force majeure, without exceptions (for example, but not limited to: illness, accident, pregnancy complications, war, earthquake, flood, natural disaster, snowdrifts, death, epidemic, or pandemic…). For cancellations less than 15 days before the date, the prepaid amount cannot be used, and the full booking amount will be charged.
For holidays, vacation periods (winter, May Day), and special days such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, etc., the cancellation period is 60 days.
If it is too late for a free cancellation or change of date and you are unable to use your reserved time, you are allowed to send someone else in your place (parents, friends, acquaintances). You are responsible for finding a replacement. Please inform us promptly of who will be taking your place and their expected arrival time.
All cancellation terms also apply to gift voucher holders. In the event of a late cancellation or date change, the voucher will be considered already redeemed. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. No refunds will be given for already issued gift vouchers. The voucher is valid for one year.
